🚨 Harvest Calendar Update & Limited Openings 🚨

Our fall and winter schedule is nearly full! Take a look at the attached calendar image to check our fully booked weeks and species-specific restrictions.

We still have a small handful of openings scattered throughout September, October, November, and December, but they are going quickly.

If you need your beef, pork, lamb, or goat processed before the end of the year, lock in your date soon!

I have not been at the shop since Friday, but I use these all over the shop! So I have been keeping a close eye on temps all over the shop making sure everyone's carcasses and meat stay safe even when we aren't in the shop!

NO monthly fee. You just buy the product, download the app and use it. It's the best.
