As of today…we still don’t know when the plaza will actually be torn down. I think it’s still a minimum of 2 years. But…who really knows?! 🤷🏾‍♂️

Its 1/7 planned village centers in Sunnyvale. A majority of which are minority owned non-chain businesses. The last proposal was 81 town homes 4-5 stories high…And 1 mixed use building (not retail).

The city of Sunnyvale is weighing several development proposals which would add much needed housing but possibly at the expense of a number of beloved, long-running neighborhood businesses.

Our small business was acknowledged this last Tuesday from Mayor Larry Klein, and the City of Sunnyvale.

First thanks goes to the customers that have been supporting us for 42 years! Yes…42 years! Our customers mean a lot to us and we appreciate your business!

Special thanks to our small team of employees! Our team is the reason why we are even being recognized. The store looks fantastic because of them! The customer service is pretty special if you ask for my biased opinion! 😉

Huge thanks to my wife for being one of the biggest factors behind scenes! She does so much and I don’t thank her enough!
