With the increase of weather extremes, year after year. We have decided to take more control into your own hands. By growing hydroponically we can reduce our water usage by 90% and remove ourselves from nature's furry. Hydroponics allows us to provide cleaner, more uniform, and sustainable vegetables for our local customers, year-round. We are able to better supply the micronutrients to the plant and to the customer. The reduction of transpiration in a controlled environment, allows the plants to hold more of their minerals and nutrients.
