for this upcoming saturday market in sylva, LEMON GINGER CHEESECAKE by the slice only- made with organic dairy & ginger, pastured free range local eggs, with a lovely gluten-free almond ginger spice crust. 🩵🩵🩵

i’ll have my usual goodies as well, granolas, crackers and dips, some cheddar thyme pepper biscuits and almond brownies. 9-noon in downtown sylva ❤️

hi friends! I’ll be back in CANTON this week (at the Milltown Market 4-7 thursday) and I’ll bring my fudgy flourless gf brownies, my granolas & handmade crackers and plenty of yummy farm2table dips to snack on….

If you’ve never been, this is a sweet little farmer’s market right downtown with so much to offer…. lemonade and a splash pad if you’re hot☀️, veggies & microgreens & often flowers/plants, fresh pastries & breads, cool crafts & handmade goods, amazing goat cheese, all sorts of tasty sweets, sometimes local meats, too! There’s always a food truck & live music, too, and it’s an all-around awesome way to inch towards the weekend. Hope to see some familiar faces🥰

my latest version of this creamy umami rich dip! plenty of basil and rosemary from Dawson Green, a wonderful mix of Dream Bigs local@mushrooms - honey chestnut, oyster ‘shrooms, and a little lions mane, which i sauté with Dawson’s onions & then blend with organic dairy and herbs. Every batch is a little different🩵

Since local eggplants are abundant at farmers markets, BABA GANOUJ is back! 🥳🥳🥳
My version is made fresh with organic tahini, local eggplant, parsley & green onions (from my market buddies Dawson Green & Temperence Farm); a little smoky, a little garlicky & finished with a squeeze of lemon.

heya Sylva folks, this week i’m bringing a brand new brownie flavor that adds those fun spicy flavors from my mexican chocolate cake to my gluten-free flourless brownies & yes they are super yummy! Fudgy and super chocolatey, but with a smidge of cinnamon + cayenne and a big splash of Mexican vanilla and a dusting of caramelized coconut sugar….

Also 🥳 we’re having our annual TOMATO DAY fundraiser & i made a special batch of tomato basil crackers🍅🍅🍅 (they’ll be available at the fundraiser’s booth), but i also will have free tastes of my curried tomato dip (at mt booth, along with free tastes of my honey sage blue dip, my pesto, etc). Made with local tomatoes, herbs, artisanal cheeses & mostly everything else is organic.

morning! i’ve made some fresh cheese biscuits with local flour & herbs, a new honey sage blue cheese dip/spread, so much pesto with local basil from farmers, lavender pepper crackers, and all 5 flavors of granola (lemon, cranberry almond, hippie apricot spice, chocolate cherry & coconut marzipan). come down 9-noon today 8/1 at sylva’s Bridge park on Railroad ave♥️♥️♥️

i’ll bring the goodies pictured above plus a few more assorted things to nosh on, and probably some sort of deliciously refreshing fruity herby thing to sip.

no cheesecake, pudding or flan this week. soon!! ish🩵
