I bake special cakes to order and serve locally-made, mostly organic goodies of all sorts at the Jackson County Farmers Market (in downtown Sylva on saturday mornings) and @ local shops!

Hey Cashiers-area friends, come swing by the Village Green Market (11-3 Wednesday)! i’ll have granolas & crackers, a few cheese dips, pesto and kalamata olive hummus, flourless brownies & new spice sets ♥️

In case ya can’t tell, I like to make yummy, unique, wholesome-ish treats for people to enjoy and I like to use LOTS of local ingredients in my offerings…

you’ll find herbs from Dawson Green, artisanal cheeses from Three Graces Dairy & Sweet Grass Dairy, local berries & veggies, local pastured hen eggs, and anything with flour as an ingredient will use Lindley Mills’ heavenly, organic NC flours.

The rest is mostly organic, minimally processed & often fair-trade certified. I make everything in my teeny commercial bakery/kitchen & love selling direct to folks at the farmers market & in a couple cool shops like Sylvan Mercantile, JAAR farmstand & Yonder. SO! there’s no farmers market today 1/3 but i’ll be back at the market next week with plenty of yummy things to eat.

in the meantime you can stock up downtown at wild kitchen and organic bodyworkx at JAAR farmstand off the highway towards balsam and in franklin at yonder
