Est. 2000. Located on State Fair Blvd Syracuse, NY We offer the largest selection of handcrafted ales, lagers and ciders on the westside of Syracuse.

Choose from over 250 beers, imports and domestics in stock at the time of your visit.- including seasonal, limited, and rotating releases. Additionally, we have some kegs in stock. We can order many craft beers and domestic full barrel, 1/2 kegs with short notice. Fair Deli Mart's craft beer also carries assorted beer glasses, beer signs, and other brewerania. You can also pickup a Fair Deli Mart Gift Card for the beer lover in your life.

The countdown to the 2026 New York State Fair is officially on and Fair Deli is getting ready for our biggest year yet! We’re expanding and looking for more people to join the team this summer.

If you’ve ever wanted to work in a fast-paced Fair environment with nonstop lines, crazy energy, and some of the wildest food items at the New York State Fair, this is your chance! It’s busy, fun, chaotic at times, and every day is different.

Hours are flexible and there’s plenty of opportunity to pick up a lot of hours throughout the Fair run!

St. Patrick’s Day is Tuesday, but we’re starting the celebration early 🙌

Friday & Saturday we’ll be slinging Reubens in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day weekend and the parade on Saturday 🍀🥪

Here’s what’s on the menu:

Classic Reuben 🍀
10 oz corned beef, homemade Russian dressing, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese on dark rye, baked in the oven. Our signature sandwich for the past 26 years!

Red Reuben 🍀
Corned beef, homemade Russian dressing, Swiss cheese, and red cabbage on dark rye.

Super Reuben 🍀🍀
Our OG Reuben with double the meat.

Saturday Only 🍽️
Corned Beef Dinners
Slow cooked corned beef brisket with potatoes, cabbage, carrots, Russian dressing, and spicy brown mustard.

Fresh mozzarella, prosciutto turkey, sun dried tomatoes, arugula, sub oil, balsamic glaze, and pistachio pesto on fresh focaccia from Di Lauro’s Bakery.

The Italian Wanderer
Crispy chicken cutlets, riggie sauce, and mozzarella on fresh sesame French bread. Baked in the oven and finished with pistachio pesto.

The Luigi
