Fryin' Ryan's Jam 'N' Sauces Wonderful local made jams, jellies, and sauces. I make various sauces, jams, jellies, and other condiments. They will be canned and shelf stable.

Hand made by myself and using as many local ingredients as I can. As a disclaimer: until I get a commercial kitchen and about a gajillion permits this an underground sort of thing. So you "donate" to me trying to get this thing legit and I will "donate" to you eating something delicious.

This batch of grape jelly is basically gone, but I have grapes to make one more batch. Also looks like local strawberries are in next week so strawberry jam. Now balsamic in there or no?

Muscat jelly on the stove but its not gonna be as much as I originally hoped it would be. Also have another batch of rhubarb ginger rocking since the response has been so good.

A new thought on pricing after visiting tacoma boys today. I not only want to make better stuff than you can get elsewhere but want it to be a better price so all small jars are $5. And I will let you all know as soon as the grape jelly is done.
