Just made my final delivery to Little Bird Deli in Allenmore Hospital, a super friendly and yummy deli and espresso stand. If you want a piece of Danish, a slice of lemon bread or other goodies, stop by in the next week or so and Griff will "hook you up!". A very enthusiastic "thank you" to him and to all my customers there. 💗

Truck all loaded up for my last Stadium Fare and last outdoor market of any kind. It was a lot of work (I keep saying that) but a lot of fun and a tremendous learning experience. I am proud of what I started from the ground up, designing packaging (with a friend's help), recruiting and maintaining a wholesale niche, building a returning customer base and hopefully a good reputation. Two more days then I'm hanging up my apron! Thanks for your help Melody, Donna, Susan and Joann!

It was a difficult decision to make but I have to tell you that I will cease to operate as Sallee's Sweets the end of September. I was excited to have this business and to meet all the people at farmer's markets, bazaars, and also through my wholesale distribution. Almost two years! It is a lot of work, however, and with my full-time job it has just become too much for me. Maybe when I retire from my "regular" job, I'll come back to it. We'll see. In the meantime, if you want to order something, let me know! Send me a PM here on FB or an email at [email protected]. I would be happy to fill orders through the end of the month and maybe some stragglers as well.... Thank you to ALL of you who have encouraged and supported me. It meant a lot to me.

A close-up of banana-coconut-chocolate chip bread! It has become a sell-out variety of my bread, along with lemon. I have a new one...lemon with blueberries! I should have taken a picture of that one. lol Soon. I should have enough banana and enough lemon for tomorrow at Stadium Fare!

This is an "old" picture but I have every one of these items at all my markets. Come and see! Tomorrow is Steilacoom Farmer's Market (3 to 7) and Saturday is Stadium Fare (10 to 3). They're both really fun and eclectic markets!
