I have been in the culinary business for almost 40 years... And there's still nothing better to me than a gourmet salad. I've tried franchise chicken salad. I've tried grocery store chicken salad and other chicken salads... But they never captured the flavor of a true Gourmet chicken salad. So I perfected my own using all-natural ingredients.
