It's been a pleasure working around the corner from y'all all these years. You were well established when I got downtown as a 24 year old who had no idea what he was doing. I always saw you as an example of what was possible if I worked hard and got a little lucky. I appreciate our working relationship being more of a "same team" than a "rival". It was nice having a neighbor so willing to help when needed. The Downtown community was and is better in part due to Goodies many contributions. You will be missed!
