We do our best to remind our guests as great as the famous steaks are ribeye, porterhouse etc. you dont always need one of those to have a great steak dinner. Since we started in whole animal butchery we like to keep some incredibly flavorful steaks in the case that you might not see at the big grocery store chains and are more cost effective.
