Well It’s like this gang... A couple of Road Dawgs from L.A., Jef Schwartz a.k.a. natives and have been pals for 26 years. Venice Beach, Beverly Hills and Hollywood have been the backdrop of their lives for more years than they’d like to admit but don’t let that fool you. :-)

B and J have been foodies forever. They have run the gauntlet of countless establishments and lived to tell about it. For

years they recall having breakfast once or twice a week at a different joint each time from tiny dinners and dives to the Fountain Coffee Room and Polo Lounge in the Beverly Hills Hotel to sticking their toes in the sand at Back On The Beach in Santa Monica. “Some joints were crap, some were epic.”

These guys were on the hunt for exceptional local flavor long before the Food Channel ever existed. But of course it didn’t stop in Los Angeles. Brian has consumed many delights in a thousand cities in over 40 states across America and Canada and Jef has fressed in 10 countries as well. Jef and Brian have come together once again... This time they’re serious. Serious about Hot Dogs! Road Dawgs is an apotheosis of their American journey, encapsulating their experiences, their story, a diverse palette and bringing it to you. These Road Dawgs have traveled from coast to coast and have decided to embellish on an old American tradition that began here in the 1800s. Keep an eye peeled for these boys. There’s lots of hot dog carts out there, but it ain’t a Road Dawg! Don’t forget to sign up for news, locations, promos, cool Road Dawg gear and more!.
