Volare… oh oh! 🇮🇹🎶

Tonight, the bottle and I took to the sea for a sunset cruise along the spectacular cliffs of Polignano a Mare—the hometown of Domenico Modugno, the legendary Italian singer behind “Nel blu, dipinto di blu,” better known around the world as “Volare.” 🎶

Not a bad place for the bottle to spend an evening. And yes, we may have done a little singing. 🎵

The journey was long with many delays, but the bottle has landed in Puglia! 🇮🇹🫒

Today’s stop: Ruvo di Puglia, an ancient town with roots stretching back thousands of years—and olive trees seemingly around every corner. 🌿

I have a feeling our bottle is going to fit in just fine here.

And this is only the beginning… because somewhere in Puglia, there’s a very special olive tree waiting for a visit from its new adoptive mom. 💚🌳 Stay tuned!
