Today we teamed up with our favorite Whiteside Co. AIG coordinator, Diane Baker for a morning with the Tampico Elementary 3rd graders! Last spring they planted cantaloupe seeds and today we brought melons in for them to taste! We also had great help from our Farm Bureau intern, Allison!

Happy Labor Day weekend! We are a watermelon only farm now. The heat has taken our cantaloupe. We DO have seedless striped, seedless solid green and seedless yellow watermelons. Our farm stand is open with these watermelons only and is “on your honor” basis. Thank you and enjoy your weekend with a delicious Mitchell Melon WATERMELON 🍉 !!!
