Being that it’s Memorial Day weekend I think grilling season has officially begun. We decided to do a trial run for some gigs we have coming up and used some special products from
On the roster is:
Chipotle Mustard
Hot Ketchup
Pomegranate Molasses
Black Sugar
Buckwheat Honey
Chin su

2 of these products have some health benefits if you can believe it.

Buckwheat honey • High in Antioxidants:
Buckwheat honey has one of the highest antioxidant ratings of any honey, making it excellent at combating free radicals and oxidative stress in the body.

Black Sugar-unrefined sugarcane sugar rich in molasses. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it is prized for “warming” the body, replenishing qi, enhancing blood circulation, and relieving menstrual cramps or cold symptoms - especially when brewed with ginger.
