Today would normally be a day where we gush about all the fun activities happening at the market this weekend. But, as everyone is probably feeling, today is a solemn day. It's been 25 years since the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. Some days it feels like a million years ago; other days, it feels like it was yesterday. Now, more than ever, it is important to remember that COMMUNITY MATTERS. If anything, the sense of duty, honor, and neighbors helping each other is what we would like to remember about that day.

This weekend, in the spirit of community, we have a lot of great things planned, especially for our littlest market-goers. Make sure to sign up for the Kids' Pasta Making Class (it's nearly sold out!), enjoy story time with Ms. Barbara from Warner Library, which will cover monarch migration, and get some arts & crafts time in at the ArtsMobile van, courtesy of ArtsWestchester.

We are honored to be a part of this community and will see you this weekend.

This weekend is the last market of August! My, how the time has flown!

Keep your eyes peeled for the first offerings of fall produce. But fear not, your summer favorites aren't going anywhere just yet — there's still time to savor those summer tomatoes! You'll start spotting the first apple crop of the season, alongside plenty of corn and melons too.

We also have not one, not two, but FOUR skincare vendors at the market this weekend — Wild Roots, Ash Hopper, Farmbody Skincare, and Exalted Alchemy. Stop by their booths and stock up on lotions, potions, and soaps to get you through those "brrr" months ahead (shuddering at the mention of winter in late August).

And once you've stocked up, stick around for some family fun! Don't miss Lisa and her puppets from "A Dandelion Belongs" — join us at 10am and 11am for some puppet magic. 🧡
