Just a reminder that we are open Monday through Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 9am-4pm. Our schedule has not changed, like it has in the past. Fresh from our fields: yellow squash, zucchini, and some tomatoes. Other produce: red potatoes, Idaho potatoes 🥔, sweet potatoes, sweet onions, bell peppers, yellow peaches, Cosmic Crisp apples, Pink Lady apples, iceberg lettuce, cabbage, cantaloupes 🍈, seedless watermelons 🍉, and red tomatoes. LOCAL Microgreens, white cucumbers, and green cucumbers.

We have 12 flavors of hand dipped ice cream for you to beat the heat with in a cup, cone or a hand spun milkshake!

Our deli is open everyday! Full menu ⬇️ plus indoor and outdoor seating with a playground!

Hey Everyone, Saturday, May 30th: our store is OPEN from 9am-4pm and our deli is open til 3:30pm. We also serve Hersheys Ice Cream all day! Check out our Italian or my favorite, the Reuben today. Of course our full menu is available everyday.

We restocked Ashe County Cheese and Chapman Cattle Company ground beef this week. We also have Mamaw’s Famous Strawberry or Apple Pies available in our freezer. Plus we have freshly frozen strawberries ready for your favorite recipe and a fresh batch of homemade strawberry preserves.

We will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Please take this day to reflect on the freedoms that we have, which so many have given their lives for on the battle fields, both home and abroad. We thank their families for their willingness to serve and their sacrifice for our country.

Saturday, May 23rd rain or shine:
Our Spring Vendor Festival is still on for 10am-4pm. Below you will find the layout. ADMISSION IS FREE TO ALL VISITORS TOMORROW! We have a few less vendors due to cancellations. So, there will be some parking at the farm (2180 Friendship Church Road, Taylorsville, NC). Overflow parking will be at Friendship Lutheran Church and our covered wagon (JD’s idea) will bring you to and from the farm!

Y’all please come out and support these local vendors tomorrow!

We will have Nana’s Delicious Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream and Mamaw’s Famous Strawberry and Apple Pies! 🥧 I didn’t get the poundcakes made… We were a little busy this evening with Lily, Laney, and Hallie’s high school graduation! Please congratulate them if you see them tomorrow!

Parking will be at Friendship Lutheran Church (5300 Church Road, Taylorsville, NC), where our tractor-pulled wagons will shuttle you to and from the event. Cash is preferred for the $2 admission fee. A $0.50 service fee will be applied to card transactions.

Handicap parking will be located at the farm (2180 Friendship Church Road, Taylorsville, NC 28681).

Only service animals will be allowed at the festival.

Our store will be open with fresh produce, made-to-order deli sammiches, and hand dipped Hershey's Ice Cream, from 9am-4pm on Saturday. We will also have a booth outside, serving Nana's Delicious Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream, Mamaw's Famous Strawberry Pies, my Cream Cheese Pound Cake Loaves, and cold drinks.

The event is rain or shine. The cooler weather will give us a break from the heat. So, dress for the weather and come out and support the Vendors that have stuck with us, despite the strawberry crop not hanging in there!

Share Please! We are just days away from our Spring Vendor Festival, this Saturday, May 23rd from 10am-4pm. We have 25+ vendors committed! We will have our homemade strawberry ice cream 🍦 (it's been a WHILE), homemade baked goods (Mamaw's Famous Strawberry Pies🥧, Cream Cheese Poundcake loaves, and Mrs. Ellen's Fresh Sourdough🍞, food from our deli and food trucks, handmade gifts and more from local vendors, playground access, and a tractor pulled wagon ride to shuttle you to and from the farm.

🚗Event parking is at Friendship Lutheran Church (5300 Friendship Church Road, Taylorsville, NC 28681). The 🚜 shuttles (2) will run continuously from 9:30am-4PM. There will be handicap parking at the farm, 2180 Friendship Church Road, Taylorsville, NC 28681 Please show your placard to the attendant.

🎟️ADMISSION is $2/person, lap babies (ages 23-months or younger) are free.

🐕‍🦺The ONLY animals allowed will be service dogs that are required because of a disability.

We will not have strawberries or pick-your-own strawberries available at this event.
