Gina LaMora is a passionate hospitality entrepreneur and the founder of Grazing Theory Lavish Charcuterie, a celebrated Temecula-based business launched in 2019. Specializing in stunning, artisanal charcuterie boards, wine and cheese pairings, and immersive culinary workshops, Gina creates edible works of art that delight guests and elevate experiences at events, wineries, and private gatherings.
Born and raised in South Africa, Gina brings a deep-rooted love of hosting and entertaining—honed from childhood on her grandparents’ farm and her diverse careers in the U.S., including roles in event design, wedding coordination, and civil engineering. She now operates from an A-rated commercial kitchen in Old Town Temecula, where her exceptional attention to detail, warm hospitality, and commitment to using fresh, local, and high-quality ingredients shine through in every creation.
Known for going above and beyond to make gatherings memorable, Gina consistently inspires clients, colleagues, and the community with her creative excellence and genuine care.
