Okay, this is a little different from my usual Grazing Theory content… 😂 BUT when I find something I genuinely love, I’m going to share it with you!

✨ My kind of BBL… and NO, not that BBL 😂

I recently had a BBL (BroadBand Light) + Halo Laser treatment at La Jolla Med Spa in Temecula, and I am OBSESSED with my results.

From my initial consultation to my treatment two months later, Liz, my RN, was phenomenal. She answered all of my questions, walked me through the process, and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish.

Here’s my VERY honest rating:

🔥 Pain: 7/10
🫣 Recovery: 6/10
✨ Results: 10/10

Would I do it again?

YASSSSS. 🙌🏼

I love my little skin glow-up! My skin looks and feels fresher, my pores look smaller, and I’ve noticed a reduction in redness and pigmentation. And the best part? No scarring. Just fresh, new skin. ✨

What 🥝 A 🍷 NIGHT!

The 2026 SoCal Chef Open was everything we hoped it would be—and more. Watching our Temecula Valley community come together for such an incredible cause was truly special. ❤️

We loved seeing so many of our industry leaders, friends, fellow chefs, and culinary talent all in one place—and having some of the Valley’s top chefs and even the Mayor stop by our booth was such an honor!

And somehow, between the wind 😅💨 and the excitement, we served 500 Perfect Bites paired with Masia de la Vinya Winery w**e! 🍷✨

A HUGE thank you to our amazing booth babes for braving that windy evening with nothing but smiles, energy, and a whole lot of Grazing Theory love. You girls are the best! 🥰

Most of all, thank you to everyone who came out, tasted, celebrated, and supported Oak Grove Center . Nights like this are such a beautiful reminder of what happens when our community comes together for something bigger than ourselves. 💛
