Gun season is about to open and Bradshaw’s is open and ready to take your deer and prepare to your specifications. Whether it’s a straight cut or some of that great smoked sausage ( jalapeΓ±o cheese, regular smoked, or pan sausage) or ground into hamburger. We have had our own seasoning specifically blended for us for many years. One of the very few places were you get the deer you brought that’s done individually. Pats been perfecting his family owned business since 1996.

Wow, our customers are so appreciative of Pats work ethic and continued excellence in his deer processing and the care he takes in sausage content. After over 50 years of working in the meat industry he consistently makes sausage that our customers keep coming back for. From Louisiana, Houston, Dallas, and even Galveston they return. Besides our loyal Shelby county folks. There is a reason for this. It’s called experience. You can’t fake that. Every year Pat says it’s his last to be able to do it. With the help of our sons and a couple of hard working young men he keeps going. We want to wish everyone a Blessed and Happy Thanksgiving. We all have so much to be thankful for.
