1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Marinated Mozzarella Balls, Artichokes, and Olives

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1/2 cup mixed olives (green and kalamata), pitted
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
