This is our 3rd year serving at the Knox County Fair, and all we can say is… THANK YOU!

The last three days have been nothing short of incredible. By God’s grace, we have been blessed beyond what we could have imagined, and we’re overwhelmed by God’s goodness and by the amazing support from this community.

Every order, every smile, every kind word, every share, and every person who stood in line to support our family means more than you’ll ever know. ❤️

Knox County… you guys absolutely ROCK! We are so grateful that you continue to support our family’s dream and our small business year after year.

We still have 3 more days to go, and we’re excited to see what God has in store. No matter what happens, our hearts are already full.

Our family has loved eating here for years, and it’s been fun making memories around these tables. Today was no different—great food, happy kids, and time together.

We’re so excited for Adam and the entire J Gumbo’s team as they begin this new chapter. Congratulations on all your hard work and investment in our community! We can’t wait to visit your new location once the doors open.

Today was one of those moments we’ll always remember! ❤️

Our very own Lucia had the sweetest opportunity to meet the 2026 Miss Vigo County Fair Queen, Isabel Miklozek, and she absolutely loved every second of it! From the warm hug she received, to the special Kindness Clip Isabel placed on the back of her shirt, to even getting to wear the Miss Vigo County Fair Queen crown for a moment—it truly made Lucia’s day. 👑💕

Those small acts of kindness create memories that last a lifetime, and we’re so thankful Isabel took the time to make a little girl’s day so incredibly special.

Congratulations again, Isabel, on being crowned Miss Vigo County Fair Queen 2026! We know you’ll represent our community with grace, kindness, and a beautiful heart. We wish you an amazing year ahead! ❤️

Our family has enjoyed eating at J Gumbo's Terre Haute for years, and we’re thrilled to hear they’ll be moving into our neighborhood—just walking distance from our house! 😊

❤️ A Little Piece of Our Hearts Today… ❤️

Life has a way of reminding us that even through the hardest seasons, God is still writing a beautiful story. As small business owners, we’ve experienced many ups and downs. There have been days filled with uncertainty, long hours, and challenges that seemed bigger than us. But through every mountain and every valley, God has never left our side. His faithfulness has carried us, and we are so incredibly thankful for every blessing He has given our family. 🙏❤️

No matter what season we’re walking through, we have so much to be thankful for.

Today, we just wanted to share one of those blessings…

This past weekend, our hearts were filled with so much joy as our oldest daughter, Estrella, said YES! 💍❤️ Kaden asked her to marry him, and we couldn’t be happier for them. They have been together for almost four years, and it has been a blessing to watch their relationship grow with God at the center.

As parents, this is such a special moment for us. Our first child is getting married… and yes, we still have four more to go! 😊 We truly couldn’t feel more blessed.

Estrella & Kaden, we love you both so much. Our prayer is that you always keep God first in your marriage, love each other through every season, and continue building your life on His foundation. We know He has incredible plans for your future together.

Thank you, Lord, for Your faithfulness, even in the midst of life’s challenges. We give You all the glory.
