Our friend and beloved Officer, Detective and FBI Task Force Officer Greg Ferency, has been nominated into the National Law Enforcement Officer Hall of Fame. His dedication to law enforcement and human safety were unprecedented and we are rejoicing in the new of his induction to the Hall of Fame. May his memory be a Blessing! Much love to his family and friends on this amazing news! Shalom.

Shalom. Sometimes the way we see people is through a lens of our own expectations and prefixed ideations.
My idea of the crows was one of hostility, noise, and agitation. I was wrong. In that realization I learned the same of people. They are more complex and more deep than we realize. We must slow down and in the quiet let individuals show us their depth and grandeur. Humanity is worth scratching deeper than the surface and nature is always remarkable.
Enjoy this poem we have published for many years now…it is called: The Ballet of Redemption.

Roasted Pumpkin and Butternut Squash bisque-a light but thick soup that embodies all that is Autumn.

Organic Roasted Chicken soup with Asian style dumplings- OyVey! Legendary Chicken stock with our Asian style dumplings are light enough to start off Thanksgiving with a smile.

Japanese inspired Soupe á l’oignon Gratinée-a delightful blend of three onion varieties and Shallots for a deep rich flavor and garnished with herbed croutons, mushroom, green onion and fried onions.

Mains

Young Herbed Turkey served with Holiday gravy or Horseradish sauce and all the Thanksgiving Trimmings.

Blackberry & Concord Roasted Turkey Ham-a delightfully sweet and salty combination for a very moist roast. This is also served with your choice of Thanksgiving trimmings.

V/VE- Shiitake mushroom, portobello mushroom, sweet onions, and bean curd Wellington-You do not have to be vegan to enjoy this delectable main entree. Chewy shiitake with earthy tones of portobello burst with the hearty tastes of the onion and the thickness and meatiness of the bean curd to escalate to the crunch of the pastry. Served with your choice of Thanksgiving trimmings.
