So many ideas and projects come in my head so just ignore me. I drive my wife crazy sometimes! 🤣🤣 I’m just posting this as a reminder to see where I was when I finally get there. Wanting to do meat birds for fresh chicken. I’m talking grass fed, pasture raised, no steroids, fresh chicken. Legs, thighs, wings, breast, hell the whole damn chicken! 🤣🤣Don’t mind me… I’m just putting it out in the atmosphere! I’m coming!

If you didn’t know, let me explain.

For 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, this is my grind. The dealership. In between those times while trying to make time for my wife, my kids, and family. I wish we could be on the Ranch all day making jars. So, I immediately go back to grinding. My days start at 5:30am when I open my eyes. I usually don’t come back in the house until 7:30am maybe 7:45am. Then, I get ready for work. I grind from 8:30am until the job gets done. Sometimes I don’t get home until 8:30pm some days 9:00pm. Then I go straight back to the Ranch and get right back to it. Some nights I won’t get in bed until 2:00am just to get right back up and do it again at 5:30am. All while trying to get orders filled until the store is open and we hire employees. This is what I love ❤️ Fresh eggs take 5-7 days to go through the pickling process. So, 1 jar will take 5-7 days to be completed. I can’t skip the process. Yes, orders take longer because it’s just my wife and I. No, we haven’t forgotten about your order. We appreciate you ALL so much. Please be as patient as possible. We SEE you, we THANK you, we APPRECIATE, YOU all! This is me, this is us…
