It is that time of year again when fairs are just around the corner. We are pleased to offer cut and wrap services for beef, hogs, sheep, and goats. We welcome animals from Hoodriver, Klickitat, Skamania, Wasco, and Sherman County fairs. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call 541-256-6328. We are now accepting orders for breakfast sausage. Options include regular breakfast sausage or spicy breakfast sausage, priced at $5.00 per pound with a 10-pound minimum order requirement. Please note that we will not hold orders and pickup must occur during business hours within three business days of notification that the order is ready.

🐖 🐷 🐽 We are currently accepting orders for breakfast sausage, with a 10-pound minimum requirement. Regular sausage is priced at $4.00 per pound, while spicy sausage is $4.50 per pound. Please note that orders must be picked up within 2 business days of notification, as we cannot accommodate holds. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.

We have been receiving numerous calls regarding participation in the animal fair. We will be covering Skamania, Klickitat, and Wasco this weekend and Sherman Co. the following weekend. If you plan on acquiring an animal and desire E.C.S Custom Cutting services, please specify so when marking your selection. Additionally, we will be accepting seconds. For any inquiries, please call 541-256-6328 and I will be happy to answer any questions.
