Shoplifting has been getting crazy at our store, we catch at least 2 everyday. Some kids have even come with whole head masks and others with covid masks to try to conceal there identity. We have gotten wine, 12pks of beer, ni****ne products and other items not intended for underage sell stolen. While it's mostly candy and energy drinks. Sometimes when we finally catch a shoplifter(kid) they are pretty skilled and have multiple items. They come in groups and mostly only one does the stealing, while the others look out. The acomplesis always say they are not responsible and have nothing to do with it. When they were clearly a look out. PLEASE I ASK PARENTS TO TALK TO THERE CHILDREN. If there child is not purchasing anything and still wants to walk with a friend to our store during lunch, ask them to wait outside for them. Many kids are line to pay without an item(this makes no sense and make the line longer). This will helps the kids that are actually shopping the ability to get their stuff quicker without so many people in line. We understand that kids do unwise things, it's kind of their job 😅 (we were all kids once) But it's when bad habits are not corrected that things can get worse. It takes a village to rise a child... let's help our kids make good choices.

On a side note what should I do when kids shoplift, it's not practical that a call the police 2-3 times a day.
