And some new babies are being planted and watered. Also I put some bricks on it to help with the germination. While these babies try to grow, they are being pushed down into the dirt and that leaves them no other option but to grow deep roots first.
I’ll leave em like this for 3-4 days and then I’ll take off the weights. After that the germination stage is completed.
I am using 10x20 shallow trays by and seeds from

Lately I have been experimenting a lot with my microgreens. Here is a healthy crowd pleaser. Put it on toasted bread, crackers or just scoop it up 🤤

Loaded Guacamole
•1oz Sunflowers
•1 Shallot
•1/4 cup almonds
•1 Avocado
Olive oil, pepper, salt and a squeeze of lime. Put it in the processer and pulse until desired consistency is reached.

Snow pea marinara

2oz snow peas
1 cup mushrooms
1 jar homemade marinara
1/2 blue cheese crumbles

Sauté peas and mushrooms with butter, salt and pepper.
Add marinara and let simmer for a bit.
Serve over Spagetti a d sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
Voila 😊
