Well. This is a fair update we certainly never wanted to make.

After Bourgeois Meat Market was informed that Rouses Markets would be the Official Cheese Provider providing American slices to their beloved fair burger, they decided to back out on their 25,000+ burger contributions.

Unfortunately, this means there will be NO FAIR BURGERS at the 2026 Firemen's Fair. We do apologize and extend our sincerest thoughts and prayers to you all during this time of mourning.

Needed to extend the slab for our smokehouse, so I called up my boy HEEM at Schriever Concrete . He got me in touch with Ross at Esteve’s Fence Company, LLC. A few days later, Heem pulls up in the big rig with a batch of the famous family recipe and the Esteve's crew got to work. Exellent service guys!
