We are looking for a highly experienced, dependable Meat Department Manager to lead our meat department team!
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Extensive experience in meat cutting, including beef, pork, and poultry.
✅ Must be a skilled, hands-on meat cutter capable of performing all cuts and handling any meat-cutting needs of the department.
✅ Proven experience managing, training, and supervising a Meat Department crew.
✅ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
✅ Knowledge of meat merchandising, inventory control, ordering, and profitability.
✅ Ability to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, food safety, and customer service.
We are looking for a working manager who can lead by example, take ownership of the department, and help drive sales and profitability.
