Don't threaten ME with a good time!
These flavors are made for each other.
For 3 to 4 pounds of ribs.
Whisk together:
1 cup Pecan Apple Butter
½ cup your favorite BBQ sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Season the ribs with your favorite rub and slow cook them for 6 to 8 hours in a most of the Pecan Apple Butter. Reserve some of the mixture to finish the ribs with when they are done. Throw them on a grill or under a broiler after you slather them one last time with the mixture. You won't regret it.
