ke most honey available in the market, our raw liquid honey has not undergone pasteurization or ultra-filtration. This means that your JD’s honey is packed with flavor and contains local pollen and naturally occurring amino acids. Raw honey is prone to early crystallization in the bottle, but this can be fixed by gently warming the bottle until the honey liquefies.
