Thank you to 👏 for a great Herb Workshop 🪴today at 😊

It was our first class in the new outdoor classroom and it was really exciting to be able to start to use the new space for what it was intended! 😁

Wentzel Apiaries, located in Twin Bridges, MT is owned and operated by Garret and Danica Wentzel. They produce 100% raw and unpasteurized Sainfoin varietal honey, a high quality honey sourced from beautiful valleys located at the base of the Rocky Mountains, which provide a clean, pure, and wild area for the bees to collect Sainfoin pollen to create the delicious Wentzel honey we gratefully sell in our shop. With the beeswax produced by the hardworking bees, Danica also creates handmade, beautifully crafted and deliciously smelling beeswax candles that we also are proud to sell here at the farm.

The owners, Danica and Garret come from the Wentzels, a family with a rich history in honey. In 1943 in the Central Valley of California, Alfred Wentzel established Wentzel Apiaries. Since then, the name has been associated with high quality honey. In 2004, that quality was brought to Twin Bridges, MT by Alfred’s grandson, Shawn Wentzel. Garret has continued this family business providing some of the highest quality honey all over Montana.
