We've stood the test of time by selling only things we can take pride in and by putting our customers first. We still make our products using time-honored techniques, seasoned by hand and made in-hou

se. As Ed Drier once said, there's no special secret to our products, "just salt, pepper, and good cuts of quality beef and pork."
