Corey Lake Orchards

Corey Lake Orchards Quality counts at Corey Lake Orchards. We grow what we sell and pick it daily—sometimes a couple of times each day—to ensure freshness and taste.

Our friendly farm family will be glad to assist you and answer any questions you or your family. The Roadside Market opens in the spring with asparagus and greenhouse tomatoes and cucumbers. Strawberries are right around the corner, followed by sweet and tart cherries. The latter part of June also brings flavorful green beans, field-fresh cucumbers, summer squash and peppers. By mid-July, you’ll f

ind “just picked” sweet corn, cantaloupe, watermelon, blueberries, peaches, summer apples, field-ripened tomatoes, new potatoes and the largest sweet Spanish onions you’ve ever seen. As fall approaches, the farm bears apples, grapes, pears, squash and other fall ornamentals. As much as possible, we offer U-pick options to allow you to pick directly from the tree or vines.

Happy Tuesday! We’re open from nine until two today! It’s a perfect morning to come visit the sunflower field🌻

The farm is transitioning to fall, and you’ll know it because when you walk in, you will not find any sweet corn, tomatoes, peaches, plums, or many of the other summer vegetables we all loved😢

🍁But the good news is all the delicious fall items are coming: apples, winter , squash and grapes in a few weeks🍎

We loved seeing so many of you this weekend😀

Last day of the year for sweet corn, peaches, plums, zucchini and yellow summer squash. Tomatoes finished up yesterday. Sigh, hard to let the deliciousness of summer go😢. But let’s delight in the beginning of fall apples, squash, pumpkin muffins and apple c***r donuts. 🍁

It’s a beautiful day to visit our sunflower field. Open 9:30 to 1:30 today.

Enjoy the rest of the holiday weekend!

Happy Saturday morning! We are open nine until four today. We’ve been up resetting the sunflower field after the storm last night and we’re busy making donuts in the wee hours of the morning.😊🌻🍩

Our sunflower field experience is open from 9:30 until 3:30 today. There has been over an inch of rain so we would advise you to bring boots or shoes that you don’t care about as there’s gonna be some mud.

We still have peaches, pears, plums, and apples. We have lots of sweet corn and a few summer vegetables that are holding on

But the market is going to look and feel like fall as you see it surrounded by winter squash, Pumpkins. Strawbales, gourds and mums.

And of course, the bakery will be turning out lots of things today, apple c***r donuts and pumpkin muffins have arrived!

Come experience summer and fall on the farm at the same time. ☀️ 🍁

Below the sun rise over the market and the sunflower field, and of course the donuts being made.

⭐Vendor Spotlight for August 22⭐

Our vendor spotlight for this week, Corey Lake Orchards, has become a treasured part of the Three Rivers Community. They have partnered with the Huss Project Farmers Market since the beginning, providing fruits and vegetables to our market to supplement our own gardens and other vendors. This year they are one of our top tier sponsors, providing all of their produce to our market at no charge for us to sell to support the many programs we offer, and to invest in our future.

Corey Lake Orchards is the place to go for locally grown and locally made. They are a
family farm, started in 1961, with second generation owners. They have become a tradition for those desiring the freshest seasonal fruits and vegetables and a variety of local grocery items and gifts from local artists. Their bakery is famous for fruit pies and donuts, and their hard c***rs, wines and spirits are very popular. From late Spring through Fall, they offer the best of what Michigan has – all in the middle of beautiful natural surroundings. Their goal is to offer their visitors lasting and memorable experiences, from a trip down the big slide to a hot donut or frosty slushy, to picking your own apples or pumpkin. Find them at www.coreylakeorchards.com or on FB for more information. ⭐

Stop by the Huss Project Farmers Market TOMORROW (8/22) from 9am to 1pm and load up on all the awesome summer produce: sweet corn, green beans, peaches, peppers, tomatoes, and more. Also on deck for tomorrow: local maple syrup, honey, tea and seasoning mixes, baked goods, and body care products! We hope to see you tomorrow at the market! 🌻
