Les Poireaux 🌿 Leeks are in abundance right now. I asked my aunt, , her favorite way to prepare them. “Other than leek soup or sabzi polo (Persian herbed rice), I love them grilled with a caper shallot vinaigrette and also au gratin layered with potatoes.”
