With covid wrecking havoc, big meat plants are shutting down. Meat is getting difficult to find in some places or expensive. Meanwhile farmers are getting paid less and markets are nose-diving for them.
Remember, we sell locally raised meat, from our own farm and as available, from surrounding farms who have practices and quality of which we approve. When we purchase from our local farmers, we always pay more than the market offers. Yet, we can still offer that meat at competitive prices because there is no waste in trucking, marketing, etc. Win-win for the farmer and for you! We offer a wide variety: beef, lamb, veal, bratwursts, pork sausage.
