FOUR MONTHS in the making!!! Applewood smoked red-wine infused cheddar cheese is back!! Sharp cheddar cheese was soaked in red wine for nearly a month, then cold smoked for 5 hours. It had been resting since December 30th and is ready at Devils Den Apothecary!!! These are SUPER limited. In fact, our current stock of smoked cheese is all we have until next fall (due to the warmer weather)!!!

PS: Applewood smoked blue cheese is also back! A limited run of 5!
