As a Floor Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader on the sales floor—ensuring smooth operations, great service, and a positive team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead by example by delivering friendly, top-tier customer service
• Supervise daily floor operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Support and guide team members, helping them prioritize tasks and perform at their best
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and escalations professionally
• Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and store standards at all times
Qualifications:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 lbs (up to 40 lbs with assistance)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
