2 of the finest farms in the area (in my opinion, anyway) will be bringing their seasonal bounty fresh to their tables every week; To***co Road Farm in Lebanon and Willow Valley Farm in Willington. Both farms are committed to no-spray production and building high quality soil to ensure nutrient-dense, delicious vegetables. Willow Valley Farm has also been growing their own grains, which is quite unusual in the North East USA. https://wvfcsa.wordpress.com/

Willow Valley Farm will be bringing lettuce, spinach, and purple cornmeal from their own corn. Maybe more depending on what's ready!

To***co Road Farm will be bringing salad mix, spinach, ALSO arugula and rhubarb, and root vegetables from their over-winter storage: daikon radish, rutabaga, maybe some parsnips too... and anything else that happens to be ready in the field.

This week we'll be joined by Butter and Bloom Bakery of Tolland (formerly called Eat Dessert First) and you may already know about Reagan's delicious cookies and pies (cherry this week!). Now she's also making focaccia, and is committed to making her business truly "farm to table". She'll be coming once a month, and we're so lucky! https://www.butterandbloomct.com/
