☕️☕️Vendor Spotlight☕️☕️
If you purchase the freshly roasted coffee beans in the farmstand you’re buying from another local!
They live not far outside of Tolna and roast coffee beans as a hobby. We are just happy to have locally roasted beans in our small town☕️
The beans make a great cup of coffee to enjoy with our many baked goods sold in the stand.
Here is what they have to say about their coffee roasting business.
“Jason Parker is the roaster behind Poplar Grove Coffee, roasting in our rural community as a fun hobby that has grown into something we’re excited to share with others.
For Jason, it’s all about the enjoyment of creating a great cup of coffee and sharing that experience with friends, neighbors, and coffee lovers near and far.
Jennifer and Caleb are an important part of the team, helping with packing and deliveries to the Prairie Pantry in Tolna. Jennifer is also a talented local artist, you may recognize her beautiful mural on the side of the post office right here in town.
Caleb is 16, has already graduated, and has started taking college classes, all while lending a hand with Poplar Grove Coffee.
We believe there’s something special about roasting coffee right here in our rural setting. Perhaps it’s the slower pace, the fresh air, or simply the care that goes into each batch—but we think it lends itself to a more refreshing cup of coffee.
Most of all, thank you for supporting Poplar Grove Coffee and choosing to buy our coffee. We’re grateful for every cup you brew and so glad we get to share something we enjoy with our community.
From our family to your coffee cup—thank you for being part of the Poplar Grove Coffee story!”
