Friday and Saturday we had the opportunity to do 2 demonstrations at the Eastern Washington Homesteading Expo.
A pig slaughter and then the processing of a pig. What a great experience!!
And I need to brag a little!!
Ian absolutely nailed it and did an incredible job!! 👏
He was so thorough, so patient and took his time to show everyone watching so many details! Thank you Ian!!
And a big thank you to Grace for helping think of all the details and making sure we had everything we needed down there!!
