🥓 Did you know? Lard is actually higher in monounsaturated fats—the good kind—than vegetable oil! While veggie oils stay liquid at room temp due to their polyunsaturated fats, they’re not always the healthiest choice.

I just rendered down 60 lbs of local Tonasket pork fat for culinary use—perfect for flaky pie crusts, savory roasting, and next-level frying. 🥧🔥
