So excited to share this new offering with the Tonganoxie Recreation Commission 🤍

Monthly Mindful Movement begins in May 2026 and will meet every second Monday from 7:00–8:00 PM.

This is an all-levels yoga class on the mat with a grounded, intentional, breath-led pace. The focus is on presence and embodied awareness rather than performance or pushing to extremes.

My heart behind this class is to offer a well-rounded practice that helps you build strength, balance, and core stability while also feeling more present, grounded, and good in your body.

Bring your own mat (or a towel could work), and if you like using yoga blocks, you’re welcome to bring them, but they’re completely optional and not needed.

$5 in-district / $7 non-district
Ages 14+
