We have beef and pork shares available for purchase. Whole or half shares only the pork @ $4/lb live weight includes all processing.
On the beef shares we have quarters, half, and whole @$7/lb hanging weight which includes processing. Vacuum sealed packaging available for long term storage. PM for additional details and to get on the schedule.

We will have another all ground beef share available in about 45 days. $4.50/lb on the hot carcass hanging weight. Will sell in 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, and whole shares. 1/2 and whole shares will have choice in keeping certain cuts/roasts, otherwise the whole animal is going to ground beef! We can stamp out 6oz. Burger patties well.
Deposits will be required before slaughter
Hanging weight will be around 600lbs

Desert Valley Equine, a mobile veterinary service, is offering a spring special that is valid through April 30, 2026. We travel to the west valley of Phoenix. Willingly to travel to east side of the valley as well.

This special includes
- A full comprehensive physical exam and to establish veterinary client patient relationship
- A dental exam under sedation and teeth floating
- vaccines
- Core Eq ( WNV, WEE, EEE, Tetanus and Rabies
- FluVac (EHV and Influenza )

We caught a little bit of shrapnel with a prior customer this week on facebook regarding our drop off/Pick up times. Yes, in the past we have tried to work around every single customers schuedule, for both animal drop offs and the boxed meat pickups. As we get busier and busier its getting too much to work our schedule around everyone. We appreciate the business! Its awesome, but we have to set some sort of boundary. There's one of us, and sometimes 40+ of you in a single month, and trying to be available to everyone all 7 days a week, 24 hours a day just isn't working. So, going forward we have business hours. Its 6Am to 4PM. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! We will try to accommodate when we can, but it needs to be discussed prior. Thank you!
