Shift Lead Position
As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shift or supporting other managers as needed. This includes supervising cashiers and stockers to ensure customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
Key responsibilities include maintaining store organization, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers. You will also be responsible for balancing cashier drawers, reconciling the office at the end of the night, and preparing the daily bank deposit. During daytime shifts, you will work alongside the Store Manager other management to learn opening procedures and additional operational tasks.
This role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to take on a variety of management duties as assigned.

Able to lift 50LBS
Walk up and down stairs consistently
This position will begin as part-time, with strong potential to transition into full-time based on performance. You will be an important part of our management team.
