Egg Hunt is at Noon, Sunday April 12, and the Tower Soudan Lake Vermilion Lions Pancake Brunch is from 9-1:00 on Sunday too. Come and eat, bring the kids. The Easter Bunny told me he’d be there too. We will have fun. Please bring a basket or bag to collect some eggs. There are 4000 eggs to collect, please dress for the weather.

Easter Egg Hunt- NEW DATE- Sunday, April 12
The Tower Fire Department's Easter Egg Hunt, which was postponed due to the winter storm last weekend, will be held at 12 noon on Sunday, April 12 at the Lamppa Civic Center, as part of the Tower-Soudan Lake Vermilion Lions Club pancake breakfast. Stop by for a great breakfast (cost by donation), and then kids will be on the hunt for the 1,000s of the candy-filled eggs that will be scattered outdoors.

Easter Egg Hunt is back on at Noon this Sunday. Come bring your baskets or bags and collect eggs!

Due to the Easter Egg Hunt cancellation last Saturday we ( TSLV Lions) are going to be placing eggs outside this Sunday and having children hunt for eggs. It’s at the Tower Civic Center at Noon, Sunday April 12th, which is Orthodox Easter. Please bring something to collect your eggs in (a bag, or basket).

Our TSLV Lions Brunch will still be from 9:00am to 1:00pm, but at Noon the children can go out and hunt for the 4000 eggs we filled.

Yay, you get to go hunt for eggs!
Also, I spoke with the Easter Bunny, he will be there Sunday too!

The Easter Bunny will be at the Civic Center in Tower this Saturday at 10:00 am during the Easter Egg Hunt put on by the City of Tower Fire Department! The Tower Soudan Lake Vermilion Lions will be there to assist.

I was at this meeting, my mentors Jane and Sara were part of the training team. Jane is pictured here in the thumbnail image, Sara is the person speaking in this video.

Farm to Kids is an important part of what we are all trying to do in this region. We are getting more nutrient dense local food into our schools and our communities up here, by doing so we serve our area farmers and producers. Every little bit makes a difference, I’m so glad we can offer training more locally too in the Northland.

CLOQUET, Minn.-- A tour is making its way across Minnesota, to educate and inspire farmers to get involved with school lunches.
