With all the fresh produce we’ve got in stock, it’s the season to start a freezer scrap bag for broth. Save all your peels, ends, greens, and unwanted veg cuts from carrots, peppers, celery, onions, herb stems…etc in a gallon freezer bag. Keep adding to it until there’s enough for broth. Same with bones, keep chicken carcasses and bones from other cuts in a freezer bag and save up for a nice large batch of broth! It’s a simple step to add into your kitchen rotation that reduces waste and makes absolutely delicious, velvety and dynamically seasoned broth for soups, curries, sauces, or saved for winter sipping! 🥘 🍲

Your dinner plans just got simpler with fresh produce on the menu. We’re stocked with fresh crunchy veg and fruits! Most are organic, but when not, cleaner products are used minimally. We strive to source locally in all our items but when it comes to certain fruits— we obviously have to branch out. When moving outward with our sourcing radius we do so with intention, working with sustainable, thoughtful farms.. We always want to be transparent with our sourcing, tagging and labeling clearly! Ask us any questions you might have. Stop by this afternoon or tomorrow afternoon!
