🐝 The guesses are in... and the answer may surprise you!

Hilbert’s Honey Co. has over 5,000 healthy, buzzing hives! That's millions of hardworking honey bees producing the honey you love.

When winter arrives in Northern Michigan, these bees head south. It takes an incredible 7 to 11 flatbed semis to transport the hives to Florida for the winter months before they return north for the season.

From Michigan to Florida and back again, beekeeping is no small operation—and we're proud to care for thousands of colonies that help pollinate crops and produce delicious local honey. 🍯🐝

🍯 Did your honey crystallize? Don’t worry — it’s still pure, natural, and delicious! 💛

At Hilbert’s Honey, we love reminding folks that real honey never spoils — but over time, it may crystallize. That’s totally normal!

👉 What to do:
Simply place the jar in warm water (not boiling!) and gently stir until it returns to its smooth, golden state.
Avoid the microwave — high heat can damage the natural enzymes that make honey so good!

Crystallization is actually a sign you’ve got pure, raw honey — just the way the bees made it. 🐝💫
