We are harvesting hay for our beef animals. This hay field was established in 2020 and has not received commercial chemicals or commercial fertilizer in that time. Fertility is provided by our own composted animal and plant waste.

Step one in moving from commercial feed to home grown feed is the feed grinder. In the video is our new to us feed grinder/mixer processing our home-grown corn for our egg producers.
