🌿 About Kelly Gray:
Kelly Gray was born and raised in Rising Fawn, Georgia, and is the youngest of four children. She has been married to her husband, Luke, for nearly 19 years, and together they have a beautiful daughter, Cali.

After graduating from high school, Kelly developed a strong interest in fitness and nutrition. During her pregnancy, that passion deepened and grew into a broader focus on overall health and wellness.

At the age of 40, a close loved one began experiencing significant health challenges. That season led Kelly to recognize that many conventional approaches were not addressing the root causes of illness. Having previously experienced the benefits of naturopathic care herself, she felt called to pursue further education in this field.

In 2025, Kelly earned her certification as a Certified Natural Health Professional through Trinity School of Natural Health.
She has also received specialized kinesiology training and mentorship from Sylvia & (Mary)Anna, alongside Mary Caines, and further expanding her knowledge and experience. Kelly is also enjoying the Zyto providing additional benefits to sessions!

Kelly’s goal is to help others achieve optimal health by supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance. She is truly grateful for the opportunity to serve her community and help others feel their very best.

About Mary Caines

Mary Caines is a lifelong resident of Lookout Mountain, Georgia, where she lives with her husband, David, of 25 years and continues to raise their five children.

Her journey into naturopathic and holistic health began over a decade ago when one of her children faced ongoing health challenges. During that time, Mary was introduced to Trenton Health Food Store and began consultations with (Mary) Anna Joy Yokum. She also connected with Lori Savini for lymphatic support. With their guidance and encouragement, Mary began learning how to care for her family in a more holistic and intentional way and saw meaningful results.

That experience eventually led Mary to train with and work alongside Lori Savini at Lookout Valley Chiropractic. As her passion for wellness continued to grow, she purchased a LymphStar Pro and later became certified through Arcturus.

Mary is deeply grateful for Trenton Health Food Store and for the foundation laid by Sylvia Gruendler. She has also been receiving specialized kinesiology training and mentorship from Sylvia alongside Kelly Gray. Mary looks forward to continuing to build her credentials and is honored to be part of the legacy of care and service Sylvia has created.
