Every table tells a story…..
Birthdays. Sunday dinners. Backyard cookouts. Quiet weeknight meals after a long day. The nights worth celebrating, and the ones you just need to get through together.
That's what we think about every single day here, not just cutting meat, but knowing it ends up on your table, in the middle of your moments. Good, bad or somewhere in between. That's always been the real goal for us.
And we don't take that lightly. Because we're a family-owned shop, which means every order, every visit, every time you send a friend our way it comes right back around to our table too. It's how we raise our kids and it’s how we get to keep doing what we love.
