Today when we were out butchering at a clients house he gave us some fishing poles and asked that we gift them to youth in need in the Troy/Libby community. If you love to fish but don’t have a pole let us know or tag someone who might need one. We will get the poles in about 2 weeks and they can be picked up at our shop in Troy.

ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

We always been passionate about getting youth into archery and hunting and we’re excited to announce that every year our butcher shop Alta Vista Meats will be gifting a new fully set up bow to a local youth.

This year the lucky recipient was Jordan who will be using it to hunt elk this September. A huge shout out to North Idaho Archery who will be partnering with us every year to set up the bow and doing a full tune free of charge.

At Alta Vista Meats we can accept road kill as long as you have the proper salvage tag. This morning this moose got hit in Libby and almost all the meat is good!
